The interesting thing about using beta blockers besides it preventing the side effects from anxiety, is it truly gives you insights into yourself as well. Now you no longer have to deal with the heart racing, flushing, sweating, or other nasty side effects that come with it; But you're still left with the insecure thoughts and social awkwardness.
