Return policy and customer service are horrid. I paid extra to have them shipped before a certain day they didn't not arrive. Found a lovey pair in the store. Was thinking about just keeping them until I saw the quality. Will be paying about 20$ for shipping between getting them here and returning. Would give them zero stars if possible. Will never order from them again.

I ordered from them a few times and got lucky with fit and quality (for the price)... however the last time I ordered was the first time I had issues with 2 out of the 4 shoes I ordered and it was a disgusting nightmare dealing with their customer service. One of the zips was broken on the back of a heel and a shoelace was missing on another pair so it was their fault and they refused to pay for the shipping to return 2 faulty shoes. They expected me to pay for the shipping back to Canada. Never again... Just don't give in to what seems like a bargain. There's now plenty of the same styles on Amazon which has super easy delivery and free returns!

Ordered years ago, never again...I paid with card, they sent the items and apparently shipping cost more, so instead of asking me if I wanted the order before sending and warning me of the extra cost, they charged my card just like that, so no thanks, don't want to be scammed again! Especially not for "meh" quality.

I used to order shoes to Clothing religiously from gojane And loved the clothes and shoes the prices were a little more reasonable of course. I was always able to find clothes for my size now they mostly have clothes for small to medium size. So sad they changed but not for the better in my opinion.

Disgusting customer service skills and scammers when it comes to pricing. The quality of the items sold there is not comparable with the price you will pay. None of the sizes are true to fit, so you'll be returning and exchanging a lot. To top it off return shipping is out of pocket. BEWARE

From the employees to employers, everyone there is rude and arrogant. speaking over you, showing no sympathy. Fashion Nova is 10 times better.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them they sent a size 7 and a size 10. When I called to let them know they started they were sold out. I wasnt sure how that mattered if they were mismatched. Apparently they sell shoes with different sizes and dont check them before they ship. They then say they can email me when they get more but after conversing longer she states thats something they cant do. When I ask for a refund they say I need to send the shoes nack before I get it. Why?? They are mismatch and its an inconvenience to me. So I decide to have them send me another pair and they TRIED to get me to pay shipping. I will NEVER shop with them again..and wouldnt recommend anyone else too either.
