GoJaneReviews of gojane.com

I love their shoes and Gojane is pretty much the only place I buy my shoes.

Quick delivery & the dress fits amazing ! TRUE TO SIZE

Received my items in a decent amount of time and satisfied with everything I received. Style that doesn't kill your pockets! I love it!

I like the bomber jacket, looks the same in picture and right size

I had a slight problem which was extremely frustrating at the time, I had chosen expedited shipping at a rate of $18 in order to guarantee delivery of my order before I left town but approximately 15 minutes after the end of the delivery window I was given, I received a notification by the carrier stating that my shipment was going to be delayed an entire 24 hours. The representative at UPS suggested I call GoJane & explain the circumstances to receive a refund of my shipping charge, I did so but the GoJane representative did not believe me when I told her that my shipment was just delayed by 24 hours (since UPS had already updated the tracking status with the new delivery date). Regardless I ended up receiving my order the next day I was not given any refund towards the cost I paid for shipping but it was not enough of an issue to keep me from ever ordering again. I had to initiate an exchange for one of the pair of sandals I purchased & that process went very smoothly with the GoJane customer service rep & I was/am so pleased with all four pairs of sandals I ordered, the price can't be beat & the styles are great so YES I will absolutely be a returning customer & I will gladly recommend this site to friends & family.
