Ever since new management stepped in, Gojane has become a failure. Am not ordering again to say at least.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Gojane a month ago. The pair of shoes I ordered did not fit, so i tried communicating via their customer support e-mail, via a woman named Valerie. After a brief correspondence, Valerie stopped responding to my e-mails, and I was left in limbo about refunding my shoes. I requested that they reach out to me, since there customer service hours are far from plentiful. When I finally got a response, I was told that I needed to call them. I am the customer, my demands were not far fetched, I am not happy. I will not be shopping at Gojane in the future.

I ordered a shirt for the first time on their website and i waited and waited and waited then i checked the tracking # to see why it was delaying so long it said it was delivered i checked with my neighbors and nothing so i contacted go janes customer service and they filed a claim i had to wait 8 days and nothing then ten days after i chattes with them again and they gave me store credit i wont ever shop here again they wont help you unless you badger them . And you have to be consistent . Atleast im glad i recieved store credit but i still wanted what i had ordered :(

It took over 2 weeks for me to get my package. Shipping was expensive. If you want free shipping you have to spend over $60 i don't like that. I needed a pair of new heels for a birthday party and the shipping was almost as much as the heel. Also i when i called i was told my package is on the way there is nothing we can do. Only reason i gave a second star was they have cute styles

I wish the shipping was better becouse i love there style... It took 2 weeksto get my package,2 days after my wife needed the shoes for a wedding....Everthing else was good very nice customer service but it didnt get me my stuff any faster. Not sure if i will order again. Well i will but not if i am in a hurry.
