결제과정 내내 당일취소에 대한 수수료는 안내하지 않았으면서 취소해달라고 하니..
취소하려면 수수료 1달러 내야한다.
내기 싫으면 별 5개 리뷰써서 검사받아라...
라고 하는... 듣도보도 못한 협박...
어처구니가 없다...
그렇게 강제로 쓰게 한 리뷰가 무슨 소용인가...
취소 되자마자 이용자들을 위해 리뷰 수정하러 다시옴..
왠만하면 나도 이럴 생각은 없지만
이런 운영은 정말 아니라고 봄..

Primero y lo mas importante, es que se trata de una empresa fraudulenta, y desafiante al interactuar con personal del chat, al señalar que una suscripcion no funciona, te piden evidencia , uno adjunta las fotografias y las ignoran y tratan mal al usuario con ironia y amenazas, siempre que quieran comprar en un sitio de dudosa procedencia les invito a que compren con paypal, ya que ellos responden si tienen evidencia fotografica, como fue en mi caso.
Otra cosa y no menos importante es que al solicitar un reembolso te cobran 1 dolar solo por la gestion, y si quieres la gran parte del dinero, te obligan a poner una reseña positiva de 5 estrellas en el sitio trustpilot.
Por eso se explica la valoracion positiva que tiene esta empresa , en este sitio de reseñas, ya que obligan al usuario a realizar una valoracion positiva, solo para obtener el reembolzo.
Ahora se comunicaran conmigo para decir que fue un mal entendido, he intentaran excusarse, por lo que solo culparan el mal actuar de las personas que responden mensajeria de texto por medio de su chat, ya entiendo como funciona esta empresa llena de estafadores.
En conclusion, no compren nada en goingbus.com son la mayor estafa en la web.
