I purchased an annual ChatGPT subscription and could never use it since it repeatedly asks for a verification code which is not where they say it is! I tried to reach them via LiveCHAT which is never live and usually comes the respond in several hours if it does. via Email, never works, they just send me a link of a help page which shows unrelated answer. NEVER EVER buy this service. I will keep posting this review until they give a proper attention to my complaint. I need my MONEY BACK!

Apenas contestan ante los problemas. Dejan de funcionar servicios (DisneyPlus) y lo que has pagado es como tirar el dinero a la basura. Voy a poner una reclamación por daños y perjuicios. No contestan, no arreglan nada y no dan soluciones.

Goingbus pudo superar los cambios que Netflix impuso en sus políticas. Si bien, no al 100%, en mi caso, siempre me ayudaron y reactivaron mi cuenta cuando pasaban estos problemas. Yo digo que le den una oportunidad y prueben de nuevo. Gracias goingbus.

Scam - you pay, you get a not activated account and the support is not helpful. Refund policy only within 24 hours but the support is a just bot with no input and helpful answers. Cancellation not possible. They will “work on my problem”.

I ordered a Netflix subscription on 06.10.2024 and was able to use it for a few days. Suddenly no more access to the account, support on the GoingBus site does not respond. Now I have to open a PayPal case to get my money back. Better not order there!!!!!

sin servicio desde el dia 26 de este mes, no contestan ni en la web ni a el correo, menuda panda de sinvergüenzas, huir de esta gente que huele a fraude que no veas.

J'ai pris un abonnement Netflix 6 mois sur leur site. 1 semaine plus tard mon profil a été modifié par un utilisateur. 2 semaines plus tard le compte change et n'est plus abonné à Netflix, on me demande de payer. Cela fait maintenant 10 jours que j'envoie des mails et des chats direct à goingbus, mais personne ne répond. Grosse arnaque.
