If I can put zero stars I would. AWFUL finance company. They are PREDATORS. DO NOT use them. They have been taking money from my acct. since 11/25. I cancelled my service because they debited my acct. for a deposit that I didn't authorize. I was told there was 0% interest for the first 12 months but was charged 34.99% the first day. I've been trying to cancel ever since Dec. 1st. I haven't received my Invisalign and they haven't refunded my money. They send generic responses to the reviews online but do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I'm escalating this, I'm tired of dealing with these scamming thieves. 2/25/26: Update- They have refunded my money. It took 3 months but I finally got my money back.

They are a scam financial company. Reset Smile was not able to help me with a partial denture but I paid payments to HFD and never received anything from resetsmiles. Reset smiles sent the full amount back to HFD. And HFD will not refund my money back to me. Although they terrorize you till you make your payment and take late fees for being a day late. Everyone is so rude and I can't understand what they are saying because they all are either in another country or they can't speak good English. They are the worst humans I have ever dealt with. I will get my money back or I will take these people to court and I will make sure no one ever finances with them again. I can't believe they are in business. They have so many bad reviews. I was stupid to think it would be different for me. I pray for them. I hope God has mercy on theives.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I have to call customer service every month since I have opened the account. They bill you twice a month instead of processing one payment on your due date. And every month when I call to get a refund you still have to wait 10 business days to get it. And you pay your bill on time they still will say your account is past due. Please avoid at all cost!!! They assure every month this the issue is fixed and I still have to call again the next month for the same issue.

Absolute trash customer service. They take payments out of your account without your knowledge. I will never trust them with financing again.

Paid over 8k to these people and nothing was done. Scam company and they can’t refund the money for the company that scammed us

This company is a scam look at the reviews multiple reviews on the same dates . They are fraudulent in the way that they process payments . I made my payment early and still being charged late fees . I will be reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Multiple payments were withdrawn from my account without my consent. After reviewing the account, this company confirmed that these duplicate payments were taken and that late fees were applied. It was also confirmed by the company that my account was never late. Despite this, the funds were not refunded. When I called to address the issue, one of your representatives repeatedly talked over me, raised their voice throughout the conversation and was very rude. This company has been horrible to work with for the last 16 months.

I am not able to log into my account to see how much I owe and what I paid. Am not getting clear directions. I paid them off before and now have a new account. However, am not getting help.
