I use Global Post International frequently and have had mostly positive experiences, especially with their customer support team. The staff is always ready to help: they don’t just process your request formally; they genuinely strive to provide real assistance, even if the problem arises in the destination country.

Unfortunately, I have had 2 lost packages, but when filing a claim after 30 days, they are right on it and handle it immediately with my refund. I am not certain why certain areas I ship to the packages get lost....it is strange....but it happens. I love the ease of using it through ShipStation as well. I use Global Post Plus for all my international packages. Thank you.

DISCLAMER:NOT EVERYONES EXPERIENCE IS THE SAME! I am so happy and suprised that I even received my dress according to these reviews. My order came in around 2 weeks as described and I even wrote them an email as I was so concerned about the package. Maybe my order was just luck, but it definitely came in perfect condition and stayed maximum at the sorting facility for 4 days before being internationally shipped and coming straight to my door💕💕 I would recommend and definitely use again x
