Lost MAJORITY of packages headed to Canada from US. Literally 7/10 packages have been lost. Tell us they are working on the hang-up at the handoff facility, then did not update us further. 3-4 weeks time has passed now. Have only issued refunds for 2 packages. Keep delaying their replies for MULTIPLE Weeks. If I could give 0 starts I would.

アメリカの販売サイトで購入し日本へ配送する商品を購入した。購入時に指定したUSPS荷物の追跡を行ったところアメリカ国内においてGlobalPostが担当する間に追跡が全く更新されなくなった。GlobalPostに確認したらすでに日本に送られたと説明を受けたが、日本へ送られるためにはUSPSに手渡されなければならないから、GlobalPostは私に嘘の説明をし、荷物がGlobalPostが輸送する間に行方不明になったことをごまかした。

I got full tracking across America then as soon as the parcel got on a plane the tracking ceased. Now 14 days later and the tracking has not updated and nobody seems to know where my parcel actually is.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid $65 to have a letter delivered by express mail in 3 to 5 days. My letter sat for a week in a warehouse in LA and was delivered 15 days later. I emailed their customer service 3 times to get a refund. They refused to acknowledge responsibility and treated me like I was unreasonable... Stay away

Absolutely garbage. Package stuck in netherlands for 2 weeks. Tracking is useless.

I dropped off the parcel on 6 Feb 2024 and the tracking is being stuck on 15 Feb 2024 but no more update. Raised a ticket of assistance and even loss claim filing but no further response by 6 Mar 2024. Utterly awful courier and never send anything via them anymore.
