I can’t say enough good things about the customer service of Gogglesnmore. We have ordered two pairs of highly prescriptive swim goggles for my daughter. I was very hesitant about even ordering such goggles online; however, her Rx is so powerful that there were very few options to purchase such goggles. I wanted my daughter to be able to see when she was in the water at the pool so we decided to give it a try. We purchased our first pair two years ago and they were great. We needed a larger size swim google this year so we decided to purchase another pair. Despite using her current glasses Rx, the position of where she wears her glasses on her face compared to the swim googles, resulted in a swim google that was blurry. Gogglesnmore worked with us over a few months (things took longer due to COVID and a delay in us getting the swim goggles checked at the ophthalmologist) and replaced the swim goggles for us. I am so impressed with Gogglesnmore attention to detail and responsiveness. Superior customer service EVERY step of the way!!

Really great customer service. Great goggles, they do leak a tiny bit but I think that is because of the thickness of the prescription. Great color and style.

I finally received my glasses - delay due to the current Covid situation but they are perfect. This is the third pair I've ordered from gogglesnmore and have not been disappointed so far. Prescription and everything that I asked for has been complied with.

I ordered prescription goggles in March. 3-4 weeks later they had not arrived. I contacted gogglesnmore and they indicated mail delays due to Covid were the issue. Two weeks later they still did not arrive and tracking indicated they never moved from Hong Kong in 5 weeks. Gogglesnmore sent a new pair via DHL and I got them within a week or so. I haven’t had a chance to wear them, but if the product is as good as their customer service, (they set the bar really high) I’m in good shape for a while having an excellent product. Thank you for doing a great job.

We received the sports goggles timely and in great condition. Nice case and prescription was accurate. Unfortunately, The goggles didn’t fit my daughter well - was a bit uncomfortable pulling in the nose. We decided to return. Goggles and more team were very accommodating offering to help and exchange for other item. We ended up returning the goggles per instructions on the site and communication was excellent during that process. Would work with this team again, great support.
