Quite quick turnaround. Fit in my goggles was not 100% where I wanted them to be, but more than good enough. Package came from China; didn't see that mentioned when I ordered. Overall, I'm satisfied with purchase.

Good customer service. Googles I bought broke after using them within minutes. However GogglesNMore were very prompt in providing a refund. Really was hoping the googles would be more durable than they were.

Unfortunately the goggles made for my son block his peripheral vision and now I have to buy new goggles as he cannot play soccer in the current pair.

I was excited to get my prescription goggles. Unfortunately they don't fit well over my eyes and kind of get stuck to my eyelid. It's weird and I'm not sure how to fix this. I love that they are tinted. Easier for extremely sunny conditions. Sad that they are not as useful as I was hoping. I will still consider buying the scuba goggles.

The ordering process needs to be improved. I had to ask customer service for a status of my order. And if I knew that the goggles were made overseas I may have made a different decision. The actual ship date /receive date was not readily available. I bought these expensive goggles to train for triathlons. I decided to spend the money and then had to wait....my order status said processing for over a week plus....no update..I had to ask what the process actually was...

I purchased the brand of goggles that didn’t workout for us so money was wasted. We tried several pair in which the fit wasn’t comfortable, too large, too small, fogged up and leaked water. I have a competitive swimmer so good goggles are important. I wish I knew someone that order from this company before going through the trouble of not finding what we need. I gave 3 stars because the customer service is great in working with us in attempt to helping me find what I need and communicated with us until I gave up finding great goggles.

I've contact customer service several time about a issue they have not responded. Glasses arms broke 2 month in. I just need replacement or how to proceed with getting it replaced. Update, thank you for following up with this issue, now just waiting for the item. Thank you.

I bought the type 4 inserts that is supposed to fit most goggles. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit into my Smith I/O ones. It does fit into another pair of my goggles (Bolle). The lenses correct my sight just like my normal prescription glasses but I feel that they cause some optical distortion, as they are rounded to fit into the shape of the ski goggles. Took a couple of runs to get used to that. There is also quite a bit of chromatic aberration (colour fringing) going on in the lower part of the glasses. Even though I didn’t get the anti-fogging option they rarely started fogging up. The contact I had with the customer service was very professional and helpful! Considering all I’m giving a strong 3-star review with the downsides being that the inserts don’t fit into my preferred Smith I/O goggles and the optics not being completely up to my expectations. I would still recommend the product but I think there is also room for improvement!
