The shipping it is very long. I have any reasons to believe that it might be some kind of drop shipping from China. They don't give you any authentication certificate that the lenses are accordingly with the prescription. You only can guess that are the right ones. My 11 years old son it is saying that he is able to see good now lets just hope that it is going to be good.

I just ordered prescription goggles for my child last night. I’ve already received at least 5 auto generated emails thanking me for my order and such. The latest email has asked me to review their product here. Given that I haven’t yet received the goggles I can’t write a review in regards to the product itself yet. This company is very on top of sending many emails as soon as an order is placed. Hopefully the goggles will be wonderful.

1- The web site not user friendly. 2- The lenses power were not accurate. 3- I have been charged twice for my order, so I have reported that as fraud in my bank that led to stop my credit card and right now I am waiting for the new one to be sent. Right now I can’t do any online shopping and I have to update my credit card information everywhere. 4- There was no tracking link on the order confirmation email. 5- I spent about an hour waiting on the customer support phone.

I have a heavy astigmatism and went through the order process and opted for progressive lenses as an upcharge. I finished the payment process and thought they were paid in full. The next day I was sent a follow up email noting that with my level of astigmatism I would need the upgraded lenses which added 50% to the cost of my lenses. I feel that should have been noted to me before the original order was made.

The service was good overall. I had to call as the communication on the website read "In process" for almost 2 weeks. This tells the customer nothing. More descriptive information should be provided. This was a nearly $300 order. The product was a prescription incert for ski goggles. It works well enough that I don't need to wear glasses when skiing anymore. Fogging is still there but is reduced and my helmet doesn't press on my ears anymore. I asked for progressive bifocals. The bifocal part of the lenses is less than 1/5 at the bottom of the lenses. It is barely usable. Other online retailers like Zenni and Warby ask how much of the lenses I want to be bifocal, like 1/2 or 1/3. 8/10 would buy again.

The jury is still out on my glasses inserts for my ABOM ski goggles. First - the visual window is very funky and weird to get used to ... the peripheral slots are not prescription ... so it distorts the peripheral view as one is riding. Not bad when used to it but takes some getting used to. ... along with that .... walking can be very dangerous as the sight view looking down is different that what one perceives with their normal vision..... Second, They fogged on me when I climbed a steep hill and would not cleara at my stop at the top. I had to advance again and creat wind to do so. Not acceptable in snowy conditions on a scary hill. I used the fog cloth they sent me, used it once with very limited relief. I shall try it again, but so far my Turbo-fan gooles and the wind they creat seemed like a better option as the Abom goggles, even when using the Burst mode, do not sufficiantly clear the fog. the Jurt is still out. Spent a lot of money on the goggles and inserts, hope they work.
