While the initial transaction was seemless. There customer service sucks and is pretty much an answering service.My product came with no packing slip or instructions for my convertible goggles.I felt I had bought some product from china.They misrepresent and market that it is easy to return a product that is a LIE.It is not, it is a very cumbersome process and IT should say "hard to return " LOL .This was my first and last time buying something from this company.

The web site repeatedly rejected my credit card. I called customer service and their rep manually entered my order, and still their system rejected my card. I was then encouraged to use a different web browser - one I don't have. The next day, after I'd sent them an email about my experience, I received a response suggesting that I try the PayPal option to pay. That worked! And then four days later I was informed that they didn't have the product I'd ordered after all, and oh wouldn't you like to buy this alternative at a 10% discount? So I asked when they could get me what I'd ordered, they said in October (7 months away), and promptly cancelled my order without further discussion. Their web site still advertises the product I attempted to order, and it does not say anything about being out of stock. I have never had such a negative purchase experience in my life. Nail In The Coffin: The manufacturer of the product I wanted has the product in stock ready to sell, and I completed my order with them in less than two minutes. I will keep Goggles N More's web address in my browser and mark it Do Not Do Business. Final Nail In The Coffin: The day after Goggles N More cancelled my order I received a fraudulent invoice for nearly $500 from a PayPal clone. I do not have a PayPal account, nor have I ever done business with people whose names appear on the invoice!

Great concept but after four purchases I realized that unless you have a optometrist working with you it will be impossible to see correctly. The insert sits further from your eyes then glasses so a regular eyeglass script won't work. Also the large insert is still too loose in American goggles. Extremely unhappy with this journey. The prescription google inserts are very small compared to other brands I have purchased in the past. They said large, but they are really children size and don’t allow for peripheral vision. I would not recommend, and I will stick with the other brands. For the price these weren’t that cheap compared to the other brands.

Horrible customer Service, messages are taken from a call center. You will never be able to get in contact with the person processing the order. I called about 4 times n left messages requesting a return call n I was never called back. On the 4th call the CSR got an attitude n offer me a refund.

Product makes me dizzy when wearing it but I put in my prescription from my glasses that don’t have that issue.
