Easy to order and specify prescription. I haven’t received the order yet so not sure how the end product is.

We got prescription goggles for our 6yr old daughter, and at first they were great! However after using them for about 3 weeks, the plastic piece on the side that holds the strap broke, making them unusable. She’s so disappointed, as they were working well. Hoping that we can get a replacement pair, as they were only used for a short time before they broke.

They worked pretty well until I took a good fall and my goggles fell halfway off, and one of the lenses popped out and disappeared into the snow...overall pretty good, just sucks that I only got to use them for 1.5 sessions.

I ordered a three way convertible glasses/goggles for use in my health club. Due to the high prescription strength of the lens, this was the only company that could make the glasses. I received the glasses within several weeks after going back and forth regarding which frames would be suitable for the prescription. There were no instructions for how to change the earpiece to a strap, or how to attach the rubber insert to the frame. To make a long story short, the earpiece broke and I contacted Customer Service about a replacement under the warranty.After more back and forth e-mails, they are now in the process of replacing the glasses/goggles. The problem with Customer Service is that the representatives cannot resolve any issues/problems. They refer any inquiries to the Department that handles that particular issue through e-mail, which takes several days. My issue from initial request for a pair of goggles took almost a month. I would have liked to have the Customer Service rep resolve the issue and not have me wait several days for a response. If you have lots of time and do not mind waiting for an extended period of time, you should consider this company. For the amount of money I spent ($256.00), I expect better coordination from this company.

Shipping communication was nonexistent. I did not receive order confirmation other than a PayPal entry. I did not get tracking information. It simply arrived two months after I ordered. Product itself was okay.
