The turn around time was supposed to be 7 to 10 days. My first call to CS was awful, and every call after that I still got no answers. Finally, after about 7 calls to CS, someone said they were going email "the Trouble shooting dept" surprisingly I received and email the next day. And 24hrs later I got the goggle's in the mail. I should have only given 1 star, but my son really likes them. And he is swimming a lot better now that he can see the properly. Quality of the goggles are awesome. CS needs to improve greatly.

I wanted to like this. They were comfortable but stopped working with weeks of getting them.

Everything was ok until after we got his glasses. In less than 2 months, they broke. It has been hard to get someone to email me back after initially making contact.

I ordered my product on May 19 and tomorrow is July and still have not received it.

Order placed on April 3, 2020. Last update on delivery was on April 8, 2020 and nothing since then. Very disappointed in the updating of shipping. This product is for my child who needs their glasses. I have no idea when these glasses will be delivered.

I never received the straps.

Extreme fogging, however the prescription was oK. I will use some anti fog. I have google made elsewhere did not have fogging Issue.
