I wanted a pair of prescription swimming goggles and goggles nmore helped me throughout the ordering process and was pleased with the goggles

I experienced a very good customer service, with double checking of my order and follow-up to make sure my order was right (not always easy with prescription googles). I will raise this rating to 5 stars, after we have use the ski google insert to confirm that they works well.

I got a pair of those glasses that are bendable and my daughter is abusing it to no end. She likes them, so we're pretty happy with the selection compared to more expensive glasses we got that broke within a month. What I would advise is that the price of the frame does not include the cost of the lenses, which I was a bit confused at first. The ordering form wasn't 100% clear, but that didn't stop me from finishing the order as I needed rugged glasses for my kid. Anyway, it is worth every penny.

The Rd goggles are great, but shipping was very long due to hold up in customs. Still, would buy again!

I like the communication of the representatives I have corresponded with. The replies are helpful and easy to understand. They are also very fast to reply and very polite. I was a little dismayed by my prescription arriving incorrect and the frame being uncomfortably tight, but they were very helpful in suggesting an alternate frame and willingness to exchange. There also needs to be an option on their item return page for full refund, not just exchange or store credit. Overall I'm satisfied with how I've been treated. Hopefully the exchange for a different frame will fit well and have the correct prescription in both eyes.

The customer service has been excellent. I am having trouble getting the correct goggles that will work with what we need. The descriptions on the website are not adequate to order the correct goggles.
