I purchased ski google inserts for astigmatism. The goggles product works great! I am very pleased. I did not rate a 5 star only because picking the right type for my ski goggles was a bit confusing. I think I got the right ones?

The product is great and the ordering was great. I would recommend more communication on delivery. I didn't know when it was shipped. Maybe add a step that you provide a tracking code to the buyer once the shipping code is created.

The lenses were my prescription and fit the goggles, just as I had hoped. Next time I will get an anti-fogging treatment, and get either progressive lenses or just distance--not bifocals.

As described and on time as stated.

This is my second goggle lens insert. I should have ordered the smaller size from GogglesNMore. The size I got is very difficult to get in and out of my goggles.

Very good service. I had a question when using the website and I contacted an agent by phone and promptly received and answer. Second time I have purchased from this company.

Different options and styles.

I was using this company for the 2nd time, having used them in 2019. The production time took 10 days, which, though within the time of 5-10 days as promised, was longer than I had experienced before. Express delivery was also within stated times. In all it was a good experience, but perhaps a bit disappointing, since production and delivery had been so quick the first time. Also, please improve on the response time to the live chat feature.
