It's been 6 days since I ordered
It's been 6 days since I ordered. Still has not shipped. Correction: it has now been 8 days.

We are a surprised and puzzled by your feedback. Please refer to the production and shipping lead-time stated at the time of order and also on our website for made-to-order/custom-made Rx items. Your item had already been shipped ahead of our published production lead-time and it's already on its way to your designated address.

The worst experience.
The worst experience. They only took my money and the product never arrived. Emailed, called several times, every time each rep says different things, then showing a fake shipping label from Hong Kong when the office is in Florida USA. Never order again.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. As advised previously, your item was delivered to your designated address as per the USPS tracking update supplied. We are already working with you via your bank on this issue. As for shipping, as stated on our website, our items transit through our logistics facility located in Hong Kong.

I called for help
I called - needed help on a few questions. The call service ( not sure if part of goggles ) seemed put off with my question- said I’d get a call back from a technician within 24 hours - never heard back! I did order from this company but contacted my own vision doctor to help me… we will see if this works out or not!
