I really like the style of glasses, they seem like great quality. I had good costumer service, although I never received my shipment confirmation via email. I had to check up on my own, but I did get an apology. I know this product is coming from Hong Kong, I live in the US. I just wish shipping happened a little faster. But, I do understand it has a ways to travel. Ive been waiting since Dec 8th for my product, its now dec 23. Two more days and Ill be at the 18 day shipment date, Ill be really impressed if it gets here within the time frame I was told. Very excited to receive this product, my little one has went through many pairs of glasses with other companies and they havent held up. This product is very appealing for a child who needs glasses to see, but is very rough! Also, I was very happy with the coupon code that was applied. It made the glasses very affordable!!!

Online experience was fairly simple and easy to follow. Goggles are working well. Saved over $150 compared from the local vendor. A couple weeks wait from overseas is no biggy in my pockets.

We received the prescription goggles on time. And the goggles was good quality, but only downside was the frame pressed hard on the forehead for my 7 yr old which really hurt him a lot. Just wanted to know how soft the frame padding was or some reviews on it. But the customer service was very good, and we could easily return for a refund to buy another pair. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I bought the BS106 Eagle wrap sunglasses. It says they are for 13yrs to adult so I figured they should be perfect on my narrow face. When I put them on the first time I realized they were quite bulky and if resting totally on my ears make my ears stick out! Because of the wrap shape it distorts the prescription and the prescription insert can be seen through the lenses. I did contact Gogglesnmore about my issues and they were helpful and ready to exchange or return. I did decide to keep them since the prescription lenses can't be fully refunded. Because of the available selection I wouldn't likely go to them for prescription sunglasses but if I'm looking for a pair of swimming goggles I would give them another try.
