The products could use a bit more strong materials, my child's first pair broke (nose clip cracked) after just one summer of limited wear. I bought another pair for this summer and they will hopefully be stronger/ not break. But the customer experience is fine. I would recommend GogglesNMore to anyone needing affordable waterproof eyewear for their kiddo!

This webstore is mature, and worked well for me - didn't want a lot of attention or hand-holding. So I can't speak to their support if you might need that, but would guess it is as good as the user interface at the store-front. Regarding the particular product I ordered, F-8 Slam Goggle XL, quality and features were right for the price, but I would caution that it is designed for a 'flat face' shape. I needed to heat and bend the bridge before it made contact around the sides.

I ordered these so that I could wear them in my roller derby helmet. They arrived a little bit later than the date I was given but only by a day. The prescription was perfect. The band was a bit tricky to adjust but I didn't have to worry about the goggles loosening and falling down after I had them where I wanted. They fit comfortably against my face and I dont get pressure headaches. I really like the fact that the strap unbuckles, that makes it easy to remove without having to take off my helmet and I can buckle them on to my gear bag. It comes with a really nice case and some spare parts. My only gripe is that they were described as fog resistant but they still fog up some. Not enough for me to not be happy with them though.
