I just want to say how much I appreciate them. First of all, I'm ignorant when it comes to prescriptions. I know when it is right vs wrong. In a recent order from GogglesNMore, I ordered a ski goggle insert using the wrong prescription power (e.g., an older computer lens prescription by my fault), but I didn't know that I did at the time. But they helped me realize that I did it in such a diligent and genuine way. And they went beyond that by working with me to help me fix the issue that was caused by me.
