I placed an order for goggles then had to call to cancel them because my four year old needed a newer prescription. I had called within 1 hour of making the purchase and it was around 10 at night. They made a note to cancel it but ended up sending it anyway. Then, they only refunded me a quarter of the price I paid. I asked many times if I would get a full refund. There is no way they even started making my order before I called to cancel. Very unhappy with the lack of full refund. I did purchase another pair with my updated prescription and they work well.

UPDTED review: I received my goggle inserts and they work great. These things ship from Hong Kong so if youre in a rush look for other options. The turn around time was about the same as a pair of glasses. They shipped 10 days after I ordered them and DHL got them here in 3 with the expedited shipping option. The product is great, the 3 stars is for customer service. There was no information available until DHL got the package.

The website would allow me to use my FSA card, and then it showed my order as placed but declined, so I had to follow up with customer service to ensure it was processed in another way. The site was easy to navigate, and customer service did help me sort it out, but it was confusing to get to that point.

Delivery ETA is not provided so I have no idea when I'll get my order. Shipping seems to be on expensive side and it's not even fast shipping. Status just says awaiting fulfillment.

The email from Goggles n More said free shipping for orders greater than a certain amount. I selected the goggles I wanted and entered the prescription for the prescription goggles I was ordering. This took more than a day, because I needed to check the pupilary distance with my optometrist. The goggles came out to more than $350, which is far more than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping. Then I went to the Next Step which was payment. I paid, and as it was confirming, a charge of $9.95 for shipping flashed by on the screen. It wouldn’t let me go back; the transaction was completed. So I phoned in to correct the shipping amount, and the woman said, Oh you forgot to enter the Promo Code for free shipping. I told her I thought it was a scam to trick people into paying for shipping by requiring a separate Promo Code when clearly my order qualified for free shipping based on the large number of dollars expended. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to someone who can fix it. She checked my phone number and said they will call you today. They did not call me today or yesterday.

Long lead time, send note asking for ETAand no response.

I have ordered 2 pairs of glasses in 6 months. Both have scratched lenses (the glasses are for my 4 year old daughter), the most recent were scratched up within a month. My options were to buy another pair or pay $80 for just lenses. Other sites have replaced lenses once for free within a certain amount of time.
