I love the goggle inserts. They fit well in my goggles and once installed, I hardly notice they are there, except I can see better.

Took a week for delivery and it works greatly, the only thing I would complaint is there was no invoice in the box, so if you need it for your insurance reimbursement, make sure before you purchase.

Only concern was that the lenses, not just the frames were produced in another country. Don't remember that information at the time of order. Found out when tracking link was received. Would like to have known that in advance, even though I still would have probably ordered them. Quality product. Performed as advertised.

The delivery takes a bit longer than expected

We site is a not intuitive, but after I called the company I found out there were multiple screens to advance through before the order and all terms and conditions came together. I was able to complete the order without any further problems.

Service was prompt and gave me all the information needed to make my purchase.

The order process was a bit inconvenient as I had to send email in for the high prescription numbers. It should be available on the selection screen if it can be made. When I received the ordered pair of lenses after waiting for 3 weeks, the prescription numbers were out of wack. I contacted GnM and they sent me another pair with corrected lenses but it took another 3 weeks and I did not have a chance to use it on both of my skiing trips. The lenses now have corrected numbers but I have to put it close to my eyes. It should be made so that it would work a bit farther from my eyes as it's attached to the ski goggle which is a few centimeters away from the face. Anyway, I can see but not as clear as when I wear my glasses. The staffs were nice and handled issues professionally though. If they can improve some of the issues mentioned above, they would be the best one.
