I was a bit nervous because I had seen some bad reviews of customer service by this company, however I was greatly pleased with their service. I made a phone call and got nothing but a voicemail, however I received a call back within a few minutes. The customer service representative listened to me and cared about my problem, he went out of his way to fix the problem and communicate with me. He left me with a great impression of the company. I will order from them again.

My prescription goggles arrived quickly in the mail to my US location. This was my third time purchasing from them and I will continue in the future.

We struggled to find a company in Europe that could handle a +12 prescription so resorted to using a US company. The goggles arrived within 2 weeks and are excellent. They are well made, easy to adjust and have made one little boy much more confident in the pool.
