Great Service, Excellent product, Prompt delivery.

I have ordered a couple pairs of goggles and a ski goggle insert from them over the last few years and the prescription is always correct and shipping is quite fast from Hong Kong. Their customer service is also excellent as they quickly sent a pair of replacement goggle for me when I had discovered an issue.

I had a difficult time placing my original order. The customer service agent who took that call sounded like they didn't know what they were doing. However, I called back again and this time the agent was very knowledgable and helpful. A few days later I received an email with GogglesNMore acknowledging my original difficulty and apologizing. They also gave me a nice discount for my aggravation. I will do business with them again.

Wow! I couldn't be happier. I purchased a pair of goggle inserts for my son. The inserts fit his ski and cycling googles. The prescription is perfect and the fit great. We used them for ski season and can't wait for downhill bike season to start. Fast shipping. We ordered the Type i (medium ) insert and polycarbonate lenses. No issue filling the prescription even with an astigmatism.

One person followed through to make sure my order was right. After the initial order was placed on line, he emailed me with some information to make sure that is what I wanted. At the same time, he was clear about what other options I could choose if I wanted. He had some good ideas.
