We definitely liked the prices and the customer service. They were quick to answer questions. We had an issue with a pair of glasses that were meant to be unbreakable. However, they broke after 6 weeks. We received a one time replacement and 6 weeks later, they broke again in the SAME PLACE. The design was obviously bad and had a weak point in the plastic. The company wouldn't replace them again but only offered $29 ofd another pair. We felt that the glasses should have a warranty regardless. The glasses needed to be sent back to the manufacturer and the manufacturer should stand behind their products.

Was great, the goggles fogged up pretty bad even after using the anti fog wipes. No complaints other than the fog though

Our daughter has always been apprehensive about swimming due to her high prescription and our inability to find swim goggles that could comfortably offer her prescription strength lenses without adding weight. These goggles met her needs and she is now comfortable and confident in the water. Thanks!

I'm satisfied thus far with my Goggles, although I'm stressed about them not having scratch-resistant options for sunglasses at my prescription level and decided to just go with a relatively cheap option. Some water still gets in but all in all they fit snug and well around my eyes! I'm happy with them and hope to use them more soon, and maybe tweak the adjustments of the strap/nose piece size etc to see if I can get them to not let in water but mainly I think they fit as well as I could've hoped!

The customer service was great; I was given some help on ordering correctly and the goggles came relatively quickly considering the mail/pandemic issues. My kids are very far-sighted, and cannot wear contacts, and without prescription goggles they would not be able to swim like they love to do. We have had a couple of issues with the goggles: most recently the entire lens and the band around it came out while my daughter was swimming--and it was a pain to put back together. Where the strap attaches on each side, it is not the most secure, and I notice my kids are tightening their goggles often. Overall though, we are using the goggles each day, and my kids and I are grateful.

Lots of companies pretend to sell prescription Google's but many just offer pre-cut lenses that are the same for each eye. GogglesNMore seems serious about the quality of the resulting vision. However the starting price is a bit misleading and everything makes the price grow dramatically so be prepared to pay a lot for a strong prescription. Also, the mailing costs ended up costing double what the web site had discussed without explanation???
