We are sorry you feel this way despite our best effects to assist you during every step of the way. > First we've made you aware about the variation between the prescription you have entered on your order vs the one supplied by your optician, to which you have insisted on us providing you with lenses made to what you have entered at the time of order. > You have asked your Optician to check the lenses we have supplied to you and was told we have indeed delivered lenses made to the prescription you have asked for. > You then said you have just done an eye test and you'll be receiving a new prescription that's very different to the one you have asked us to make the lenses to, which means your vision requirements have changed. > We have asked you to return both ski inserts with prescription lenses made to your prescription and we will provide you with a full refund, going above-and-beyond our published returns policy for non-warranty returns. You have refused to return the items in accordance with our returns policy. Based on the above, we do not feel your comments are justified in any way.
