Item arrive. Goggle box broke at hinge point - making it worthless to hold goggles. Please notify Google and More to send replacement case ASAP - I need before trip at end of March for trip. Also, the tint is too dark for use under water unless I find it is acceptable for trip location in FL. I live in VA in USA.Thanks in advance for a reply

Goggles insert works, delivery took a long time. I hope I can return if this doesn't work

I specifically asked if the lenses were clear and you said yes, but they are tinted and my daughter has a difficult time seeing indoors to play volleyball with them.

Having used these inserts for about a month now, I can say that they work, but aren't perfect. My right lens ended up slightly weaker than my prescription; I can still see, but there is a vision difference between the inserts and my glasses. Likewise, I've noticed a decent amount of foggin on the inner corners of the lenses. Even using the anti-fog wipes, they will still fog up; again, I can still ski and the fogging disappears while going downhill, but it's an annoyance. I will try using a different anti-fog spray and see if that works. All-in-all, these are good products; much better than skiing with glasses and they allow more choices in helmets and goggles because I am not stuck with OTG styles. That being said, the fogging and right lens issue are the only negatives I can think of with this product.

The goggles were nice, but they shipped the wrong prescription on one side. I ordered a 5 and a 3, but got a 5 and a 2.

I ordered the goggle insert with my progressive lens prescription, and while the prescription appears to be correct, it does not line up for my eyes when in the goggles, making for some very distorted vision... The idea of the insert is a great one... ordering them from china with a prescription apparently was not a good idea... better off to have ordered just the insert and had my optician do the lenses :-(

Good glasses. The prescription was not done fully (can't see from far).

I bought prescription goggles for my son. They arrived after a week or so but they were damaged. I wrote them to complain. I explained that I needed a new pair of goggles asap as I was going on vacation the following week. They agreed on sending me a replacement but I didn't receive it before my vacation. Would they have had an excellent customer service they would have shipped the item overnight but they chose not to do so. Overall just ok experience
