The driver was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. On our return trip, our bags were delayed because of lightning, and the driver patiently waited for 2 hours while we waited on our bags. When we arrived home, he helped my wife into the house in the rain, then helped me get the bags in. Most importantly, my wife is a very nervous passenger, and we had to drive home in a hard rain. She said that he was a very safe driver, which is a big compliment from her.

They sent you messages to let us know who they are, when & do they will arrive, what their car looks like, and they are very friendly. But, I do think that they need to carry on conversation or starts a conversation. Both times, arrival and departs, both were very quiet.
