Trip to Orlando Airport
We appreciated the timeliness and attention to detail of Felipe who picked us up at our home in Tampa and drove us to the Orlando airport. Got us there early and safely. Thank you for your assistance in meeting our transportation needs.

Great flexability
Great flexability when my arriving flight was delayed 5 hours - of course I was charged a second time, but it was worth the guaranteed pick up.

Change of plan
I mistakenly booked a pick-up date of 1/2/26, when it should have been on 1/3/26. I realized when they send me their confirmation email the day before, on 1/1/26. I called them and they changed the pick up date without any difficulty or any additional charges, even though it was my fault for booking it incorrectly. Truly a customer orientated company. Thanks!

Outstanding transportation service
Giovana confirmed pick up time after we departed the cruise ship, and she was at the pick up location. She immediately recognized our party as she dropped us off a few days earlier. The ride to Orlando was comfortable, and Giovana expertly navigated around traffic to ensure we arrived with plenty of time to check in for our flight. I highly recommend Giovana be your driver when going on a cruise and Orlando is your flight destination.
