I bought the 2 day shipping and here it is 10 days later and I still don't have it! Don't pay extra shipping!

I ordered for the first time today, and at checkout after inputting all of my credit card information, I pressed submit and it looked like it worked, but then said I still needed to submit my order. I did it again, and now I think they may charge me twice. Very worried this is a SCAM and I have no way to contact them.

Still waiting on my order since 11/3/23. I've emailed twice with no reply. I paid 11.99 for shipping, it is now over 2 weeks and still have not received my order. Upon tracking a label has been created sine 11/6/23 awaiting a package to place it on....That was over a week ago.....Still waiting for an answer from Customer Service, 2 emails in...I should have followed my instincts and ordered through Amazon, at least there is accountability with them...Out $84.17, still hopeful, but not holding my breath...

I ordered a sweatshirt that the postal service said was undeliverable but it was my office so it was correct. It was returned to the sender so I tried contacting them via email as there isn't a contact number probably for a reason. The communication was terrible and took a few emails for a response. This was a gift and I was hoping to get it in time but didn't after the lack of communication. They said I could reorder at a 40% discount after they already charged me for my order. They wouldn't refund my money so I could even reorder at the discounted price. Then they never responded back which was so disappointing. They already have the item and my money but wanted me to re-order to send me the same item. I would suggest only ordering though Amazon so there is more accountability.

Ordered a sweatshirt a month ago and have not received it and they are not replying to emails and no phone number listed. Very annoying!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them. The first one was perfect, the second one was awful. I emailed them, and they responded asking for pictures of the one I’m not pleased with. They haven’t responded as of today, and I have resent the email twice now. I would not order from them if I were you.
