I see below there are a few people that have received at least an answered email , would really like to know how you have a business where you pay for 2 items and only ship one ? And have not responded to any of the 4 emails I have sent ! I just need an answer from someone and reimburse me the $40 for not sending the sweatshirt ! SMH

I have had the same problem other people have had. When I track the order it says it’s been delivered. I ordered two items and only received one of them. I emailed customer service and have not received any response yet. I ordered weeks ago and I’m stressed it will not be here in time for Christmas.

I purchased 2 sweatshirts and only received one. These items were purchased as Christmas gifts in early December. I have reached out twice to the company and have yet to hear from them. There is no tracking info available and Christmas will be here soon. It’s a gift for my kids grandparents and now one will have it and the other will it. It was suppose to be a matching surprise. Kids are very upset and sad that this has happen. Also they have taken my money off my debt for both items and like I said I only received one and have no idea where the other one is or if I will be getting it in time for Christmas as no one from the company is responding to my emails! Very unprofessional!!

I ordered from Godmerch/Chillever for the first time. I accidently entered the wrong shipping and mailing address. But the credit card (cc) payment went through even with the wrong address. They really need to enhance the security for cc payments. Plus, they have no phone number to contact. Sent an email and no response. Having to contact my cc company to dispute the charges for refund.

This company provides exceptional service! Great product- fast shipping- and top notch communication. They truly exceeded my expectations!! I highly recommend godmerch.com !!

Placed an order a month ago. This website seems legit, but I unfortunately have never received my package. My tracking number says it was delivered. My address is in the country being the only house for a mile I have no reason to worry somebody stole it off my porch or in the mailbox. So instead, it just didn’t get delivered. I’ve send multiple emails with no responses. I don’t recommend spending your money with them. Not legitimate.

I am SO VERY frustrated with this “company”!!! I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/5. I received an update on 12/7 that it was in “pre-shipment” status. It has not moved from that status since then. I have emailed them over 5 times, over several days. I have posted comments on their Instagram and even sent them a message on there. Would you be able to guess I have gotten ZERO response? But then I come on here and see that they’re responding to reviews as recent as 8 hours ago.. Interesting. I ordered my item as a gift for Christmas with hopes it’d get here MUUUUCH before Christmas, yet here I am worrying that I won’t even receive it at all. What a joke of a company. I WILL be requesting a dispute with my bank if I don’t get a response by Monday.

As seems to be a theme, I ordered 2 items and only received one. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them over the past week with no response. I will be disputing with my credit card company. Note, similar to other reviews, the one item I received was very nice.
