Poor communication
Poor communication. Everytime you needed a signature it took at least 24 hours to get the email out. The agent that called to verify me said we would fund the next day and it didn't happen for another 10 days. Almost lost the deal with the seller due to added conditions and the lack of urgency on your part. Would be very surprised if my leasing company uses you again.
