I had the worst experience I forgot a bag from duty free with a lot of money on gifts on a taxi from JFK to S. ozone park on May 19th 2024, and I try to yell the driver but he didnt hear me, I try to contact Curb and the Girl (Victoria) that replay the emails told me to wait till the credit card Clear because they cannot find the driver if it doesnt show in their system, after several emails giving all the required information, I had to wait to 2 days so It clear the transaction and after that she never replay any emails. I think they just play dump for a few so you just let it go and forget about it.. They realy dont care..

If I could give no stars I would. First off, I had fraud from this company back in January. Present day I went to use the app and it wouldn’t connect because they disabled my account and I was never notified of this. Now they won’t reactivate my account and are blaming me for the fraud. I will never use this app or take taxis again. Awful customer service - you should NEVER blame the customer. Why would I lie about fraud and want to not be able to use the app?? Just doesn’t make sense… Just take Uber or Lyft. Not worth your time, money or stress

Curb just doesnt work The Cab drivers deserve a better platform I kept re eiving a message that a wi fi conne tion was lost when I am on a mobile phone. What a poor excuse for an app.

Like many other reviews, I am disappointed that I can't give less than one star. When using Curb only to simplify payment, the transaction went through to my credit card but did not go through to the taxi company. They showed that they didn't receive the payment even though they could see that it went through to my card, and insisted that I still needed to pay them. I called the taxi company, Metro Cab in Boston, and they said this happens all the time and I needed to pay them and get the refund from Curb. I thought Curb would save time and money not cost more time and money. The taxi company told me I shouldn't use Curb and I suggested that they shouldn't advertise for it in their vehicles if they were going to force me to deal with a refund when it doesn't work. I will never use Curb again and would encourage all taxi companies to drop the system if they are going to dump the problem issues onto their customers.

NYC: After paying with cc the app was stuck on, "Payment is processing. Please wait." The cab driver said the app was not working, and I had to pay in cash. He said he could not give us a receipt. People were impatiently waiting to get in the cab, so we were rushed. Of course, after we paid in cash, I checked my cc, which was also charged.

This company somehow got a hold of my debit card information and charged me for services I never ordered. When trying to contact customer service through the numbers provided none of them worked or were for actual customer service. Tried going through their live chat option but would've had to have paid additional money to continue to the next rep. that was "actually going to help." Basically I'm not getting my money back. THIS BUSINESS IS CROOKED AND FULL OF CRIMINALS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!

1st time user- we were hit with a 30% up charge for van at MIA airport without notice for 2 person ride and tip would not allow custom amount - defaulting to 20%. Contacted Curb support without any luck for refund. Going back to Uber.

Used curb for the first time this past weekend. Midtown to LGA. Booked the night before and chose it over Uber because it appeared to be about $25 cheaper. My $45 quoted fare quickly turned into $71 wiall the add-ons. Same price as Uber at the end. And beware that it defaults to a 20% tip unless you go into your account and change it. Found out too late.
