We have not been able to book our trip. We stay on hold for an hour at a time with no assistance from anyone. We contacted customer service for assistance and the same thing music and no assistance. We can not find an email for them for follow up. They give you an option of a call back and if you chose it they never call you back. This has been going for several months.

One of the first things the rep did when trying to sell us the timeshare was to have us look at their yelp rating. It was another company, not gocrv. Not sure how that is legal to do. They try to build trust by showing the company is reputable but you don’t see the real name until after the painful presentation when they email you the gift certificate. That was the first time seeing gocrv. Then to use it they want money. I checked them out further after they wanted a deposit and ran into all the terrible reviews. I wish I could have gotten back that 2 hours of my life watching the presentation. I have not seen any reviews of people actually using their trip because they make it so hard. Only one person mentioned paying 600 in fees for his cruise when. His friend going on the same cruise is paying less and didn’t have to air through the painful presentation. I really wish they would get into trouble for misrepresenting what the supposed gift is. Just seems not right and not legal

Was given my “free” 3 days 2 nights for a cost of $130 to a hotel near Charleston that would be CHEAPER if I booked it myself. $70 a night! Plus we have to pay an additional $18 a night in taxes. A Days Inn by Wingate? Can’t change either!

I purchased this for C$399. I had three years in which to use it and suddenly my certificate number is not allowing me to use my certificate nor is it allowing me to contact the company. I am reaching out to them in many ways as a customer, hoping that they will give the service that they promised … if not, I will continue to post reviews and warn everybody about this scam. I have used this company before with success and if they are corrupt, I will be on many media sites to report their abuse of trust to the public. Also as I paid on Visa, I will go to my Visa department to settle this if necessary. I have made a request from the Better Business Bureau for my money back or a resolution on my Booking.

Always on hold for multiple contact numbers. No responses. Quick to take deposit fees but impossible to get deposit refund. Customer service always on hold so don't expect any questions answered. Site is no assistance for information. Not worth the frustration and time wasted. You'll do better elsewhere.

If I could give a zero I would. Can't get a hold of a human. Surprise fees. Lord help you if you have an emergent problem because it is a minimum of 72 hours.

Timeshare presentation was supposed to be 60-90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later (150 minutes) we were still being hard sold after saying no. after our "benefits" were added, my wife and I said at least we did this. the $100 restaurant coupon is only good at12 places in our town and you have to spend over $30 to get a discount. Then, after paying our $105 deposit and picking our hotel desired and alternate days finally got a response nearly one month later. Said to go into website and make reservation online. Great, right? Go, in and TRY to make reservation, but it's a 55$ surcharge per day. Ok, not great, but now trying to get this hotel in Daytona Beach...HYATT, WYNDHAM, MARRIOT, HILTON, .....Make my check in/out days and they give me a ECONO LODGE in Ormond Beach! It has a 2 star rating!!!...I've been on this planet nearly 65 years and know the difference between an Econo Lodge and a Marriot. don't trust this site
