I’ve paid the $150. Now I’ve called twice today and stayed on the line for an hour each call to never reach a person to actually book a “free” ( not free per their website small print) cruise. I selected the call back option after the first hour and did not receive a call back. The second call was was at 4pm and I waited on the line until 5pm which is when they close their business. I will try again tomorrow. This is already looking like a scam to get you $150 and more if they can and you get what they tried to get from you at a time share presentation that we did not buy. -that is $$$!

Danissa deliberately put me on hold 3 times, making the call a total of 1.45 hours because I asked to forward my refund check since I’m moving. Clearly, they lied about “speaking to their supervisor” and knew I had patients waiting but did this on purpose as a means of control. The patient waited and was seen anyway, I hope Danissa feels good about the negligent work she did during the business day. I have no other way to communicate than during her time. I guess her time is more important than the time I use to provide medical treatment to human beings. I would like to submit this as a formal grievance form today’s call. And I am expecting my full deposit back within the timeframe specified. If not, this matter will be escalated.

They offer you a cruise date, take your money, then you find out you can't actually get on a cruise. This has to be the worst company I have ever done business with, all time. It is a bait and switch and I wish I had read a review before taking this on. I hope I can convince my credit card compnay to at least refund me my money.

Most of the time it’s hard to get ahold of anyone, seems to be almost everyone’s issue in their review. They have bad attitudes, interrupting, talk over the top of you, Take it or leave type attitudes and talk like they hate their jobs.Reps don’t tell the truth about booking descriptions either, I called the resort to verify info given by reservations specialist. And their web site glitches all the time which was a nightmare booking my dates. Info on the website does not match resort website info which is scary leaving when traveling, especially outside of the country. This is a fulfillment company and is very stressful and hard to work with. It’s not worth the money. There are tons and tons of bad reviews about GoCRV. I will also be writing a review on the BBB even they are not accredited by the BBB.

gocrv.com handles so-called travel gift certificates given as incentives to entice you to visit a timeshare, or to buy into, or move an account, with one travel/vacation company to another. They seem to be written in order to make it as difficult as possible to use them. Customer service personal are friendly but given no useful information to help. The current 'gift' requires me to register it. A choice of 3 packages with different 'reservation fees' are available. Very little info is given when clicking on the 'Learn More' button. The least expensive one shows very few destinations with 'other' as a choice. Customer service can provide no enlightenment as to what is available. Only 'reservations' can. But reservations is not reachable until you jump through hoops and pick your package and pay, then choose preferred dates and alternate dates (at least 30 days later) FOR THE SAME LOCATION. No thought given to the probability that you might not have a reason to visit the same place month(s) apart. Again, so-called Customer Service can only tell you how to proceed to the next step -I.E. choose dates and locations that may not be at all useful with no information. Customer service at the company providing the certificate has no real information about them, only some feedback from previous recipients. They do not even know how they work-I.E.- steps to be taken. The set up with gocrv is horrible and they should be able to provide some useful guidelines for choices and customer service with a little helpful information as opposed to -go jump through the hoops- and hope for the best. I don't know whom is responsible for writing these but issuing companies should familiarize themselves these when offering them and have sales people familiar with the limitations.
