The while process was quick and seamless. We called in the evening and the next day the replacement phone arrived with the return envelope for the old phone. I was impressed!

I have recommended GoCare to many friends in the past. This was my first claim with a broken iPad screen. I contacted customer service, they sent me the directions and how to file my claim. I was given directions on how and where to send the iPad. I received verification that you had received it. Less than a week and it has been shipped back. As the contact person for my district and I will be working with GoCare, I am completely happy with the care and service I have received. I would and already do recommend GoCare to friends and fellow colleagues.
