Now days, insurance on your electronics is a no brainer. Theres dozens of companies to chose from. It can be so confusing. I chose to communicate the old fashion way. Because, well, Im not 20 and not all that familiar with the internet. Imagine my surprise when a very friendly young man answered the GOCARE phone and walked me through the whole process! He made my life and stress level that much less by taking care of everything for me. All my questions were answered with the promise that if I had any more, to please call back. GoPro quickly processed my claim without running me in circles. My son's ipad had a hairline crack in the corner, but had to be returned to school in perfect condition...the same condition in which he received it. GoPro's customer service rep helped me complete the required paperwork (brief...not a crazy list of questions) and pushed the claim through for me so he'd meet his deadline at school. I was mailed a box with specific instructions on how to get the device repaired asap. My policy rate didn't go up the following year, nor was I cancelled. All-around great experience.
