Quickly replaced my phone after I dropped it in water!

I was tired of the giant rubberized phone case. It easily tripled the thickness of my phone. I purchased gocare phone insurance which was super easy and fast. Then I threw out the giant case. I haven't needed to use the insurance yet, so I don't know how that goes, but if last time I broke the phone it was nearly $200 to get it fixed. If that happens again the insurance will already have paid for itself.

I needed some help getting my account set up and the people at go care were amazing! They went beyond normal to give me the help I needed and were so pleasant to deal with.

We signed up with Go-care through our school. Their site was easy to use. They had excellent customer service when I had questions. Hopefully we will not need to make any claims. Great customer service.
