As a parent of teenagers, it was wonderful when our school recommended GoCare to provide insurance for our IPads. The sign up was simple, communication with the GoCare staff was prompt and courteous and the coverage was very economical. We definitely felt better about our boys bringing their IPads to school. We had to make a claim on our son's iPhone 4 insurance coverage when the screen went black. He had dropped it. Upon removing the cover to send it to GoCare, we discovered the back of the phone was completely shattered as well. After mailing it off to GoCare, their inspection & miraculous repair, we had it back in our hands within 7 business days! As a parent of a college student who lives away from home, our son's phone is our lifeline to him. Having the phone repaired and returned with such a professional & timely manner, allowed us to have that line of safety put back in place. Thank you GoCare for all that you did for us.
