Have always used this company an never had any problems

I purchased the policy for my daughter's school-issued iPad. I think it's a good price for the policy that will cover likely scenarios.

GoCare is awesome! Our company has several phone lines, phones, and devices through Verizon. We have had GoCare insurance for the past 5 years or more. The insurance is much more cost effective through GoCare.com. GoCare not only saves me money; I've actually had a claim or two in the past few years and they are an ACE when it comes to customer service and timely shipping, etc. No surprises either. GoCare does exactly what they claim to do; provide the best insurance protection for your device. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

Coverage for student iPad is essential I Can't imagine not having it, after seeing it go back and forth to school in a backpack everyday

I bought insurance for one of my kids when I didn't need to (bought a three year plan the year before). The service rep was friendly and was able to refund my purchase right away. An email was sent that the next day to confirm the refund. The fast and friendly service was very much appreciated.

I contacted customer service as my son's iPad needed repairs after it had slipped out of his backpack and landed on the corner edge. Now it was cracked. I called, they gave directions, and I had it repaired back in no time at all. Very happy with the professional, courteous, and QUICK service! Would definitely recommend this warranty to others!
