I placed an order on April 21st. It's April 30th - still processing, and no response to my email regarding a ship date. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Poor service and an awful way to do business.

I placed an order over 10 days ago. Didn't receive any email about the order processing for the first 4 days. I really needed the items by a certain date so I sent an email. No response. 3 days later I get a response that the order will be shipped on Friday and I will receive it 3 business days later. That was fine with me. Friday comes and goes and no email that it was shipped. Email finally said items shipped Wednesday which is 10 days after I placed the order. Based on the overall experience until now I really have no hope of ever seeing my order. This company likes to take your money but doesn't give anything in return! Beware!

I placed a small order about 3 weeks ago and it appears to still be processing! I even emailed the owner a week ago to see when my order would ship and have not received a response. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be buying from this company again.

I usually do not put a lot of merit on a few negative reviews, but there seems to be a common theme with this company. I placed an order on 2/3/15 and it was at my door in four days. Cool. Here is why I will never order from them again: I placed a second order 2/12/15, my credit card was charged that same day, and 14 days later, the order has still not been shipped. Repeated emails sent to Gobstock have been unanswered, although their website says "We will respond within 24 hours, though it is generally much faster." Ha! What a joke! The item is no longer on their website. Geez...If you are unable to fulfill the order, at least notify me or reply to emails or DO NOT CHARGE my credit card until you are able to ship the item.

Like many of the other reviewers have said, there is no communication from this company. Been over two weeks since placing my order and now the item is out of stock. Don't know if I'll ever receive my order.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have emailed three times to ask where my order was and still no answer. Next step file a complaint with paypal. People if you can't fill orders then get off the internet. I think this is a SCAM company.

I ordered a pattern on 7/22 - wrote an email on 7/30, 7/31 I get a note that the pattern has shipped, NOT, it is still sitting in "pre-shipped" status. Common people get your act together, not sure if I will ever get the pattern since the status is "pre-shipped," it hasn't been picked up. Will never order from here again....

Shipping times are insanely long, 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped. No response to emails, phone is automated. Not sure if this is a complete scam or what ? I wish I would have read reviews before I placed my order. Product description was lacking. I had to find out details on another website. Stay away. Find a reputable store. Would not do business with again. I never write reviews but esp bad ones but just unbelievable.
