Route: Orlando to Miami The Wi-Fi was not working during my trip, and unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue on other Brightline trips. Even when I can connect, the service is often too unreliable to work effectively. Being able to work while traveling is one of the main reasons I choose Brightline, so the repeated connectivity problems are frustrating. I have experienced more reliable Wi-Fi on flights, which has me reconsidering whether the train is the best option for my travel needs. Coffee was also unavailable because it had run out. For a service that promotes a premium travel experience, reliable Wi-Fi and adequate supplies of basic refreshments seem like reasonable expectations. I would appreciate Brightline addressing these issues and providing a more consistent experience for its passengers.
