Route: Orlando to Miami The Wi-Fi was not working during my trip, and unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue on other Brightline trips. Even when I can connect, the service is often too unreliable to work effectively. Being able to work while traveling is one of the main reasons I choose Brightline, so the repeated connectivity problems are frustrating. I have experienced more reliable Wi-Fi on flights, which has me reconsidering whether the train is the best option for my travel needs. Coffee was also unavailable because it had run out. For a service that promotes a premium travel experience, reliable Wi-Fi and adequate supplies of basic refreshments seem like reasonable expectations. I would appreciate Brightline addressing these issues and providing a more consistent experience for its passengers.

I accidently purchased a parking pass for the Miami garage instead of the Fort Lauderdale garage. I needed to switch the garage from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. They said they could not switch it when it hasn't even been 24 hours and my parking pass would never be used for the Miami garage.

i made a booking online to use up the credits I have built up for trips previously refunded. I selected to use the pay with credit option at checkout but the payment was deducted from my card. I have tried to reach their customer service. Online I have sent a request and so far no response. How do you get through to anyone . I called 831 539 2901 which was answered by AI. After getting rid of the robot asking me questions I was eventually told I would be put through to talk with a real person. After the phone rang for twenty minutes a voice said we are really busy can you call back another time or press 2 for a call back. I pressed 2 and the line went dead. As I am in the UK booking my trips this all seems to be useless customer service procedure and I do not know what to do. My credits expire soon and yet they have taken payment from my booking from my card .I need to book another trip with my credit balance but I cannot risk more money being taken instead of the credit.HELP!!!!

Uber driver got rear ended on way to train. Missed train. However, trains leave every 30 minutes and Brightline refuses credit, passage, or credit for ANY reason. Even airlines give 50% but not these scrubs!

Our train departure was changed by Brightline, in background, where we were delayed 5+ hours resulting in missing our connection in Orlando. We had do dig for information, the Brightline app just updated our departure time without warning or notification to us - we just happened on it when we went to check in. We tried to checnge to earlier trains but were denied due to our ticket status (Smart Saver). Ultimatly, they offered us $17.55 (for the two of us) as compensation. Wow ... that was like getting insult to injury.

The worst experience ever with xenophobic, agitated and rude staff who do their best to humiliate you if you only question some of their bizarre practices, up to the point that they’re threatening to call the cops and get you off the train if you do not submit meekly to their treatment and keep your mouth shut. Price too high to pay in view of the first amendement and not to mention a real customer care and service.

World’s best train operator. They’ve managed to do what nobody else in the US has, and they’ll become bigger than Amtrak before 2030 for sure, GO Brightline!
