When I opened to your website it gave me little information about what type battery to use or what kind of ice packs I can use, I had to ask Google AI for assistance, maybe being more transparent about the product. It's features and what it is compatible with, not much detail on the website.

The quality of the heated blanket went way downhill since the last one I purchased. I wasted $16 and my time to learn this since I had to pay a shipping fee to return the poor quality blanket. What a disappointment.

Hi, We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience with our heated blanket didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a product doesn’t live up to the quality you’ve experienced with a previous purchase, especially when you’ve also had to pay return shipping costs. Just to clarify, since Easy Returns was not selected at checkout, the return shipping costs would need to be covered by you. Thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and will share your concerns with our team as we continue working to improve our products. Best regards, The GOBI Team 🔥❄️

Had a problem with the first Gobi blanket. Before the first use, I washed it exactly as directed by instructions, ensuring battery was out and the plugs were properly connected. It worked great for the first use, however during my dialysis session it accidentally got dropped on the floor by a technician trying to uncover me to check my legs. The floors at a dialysis clinic have a lot of different solutions etc spilled on them so if course I needed to wash my blanket again. Ensuring the battery was out and the plugs were placed together properly I went ahead and washed it. It no longer worked after it dried. As this was a gift, my husband had it for a while before giving it to me, so our initial exchange period was over. I finally got around to writing Gobi about my blanket failure. I quickly received a phone call from a representative who was very professional and accommodating to listening to my long story. She emailed me a return label free of charge to send the blanket back to them to to examined. It took a bit of time to get the blanket back to them due to the slow mailing process. They notified me every step of the way as to what was happening. It was determined there was indeed a fault of sorts and they notified me my blanket was being replaced and a new one would be in its way. We received the blanky, washed it once and I used it during my dialysis treatment and was kept beyond comfortable for my entire 3.5 hrs in the chair. I look forward to having this blanket for a very long time and having it stand up to washings and use I would definitely recommend this blanket for anyone who needs a comfortable warmth for any reason.

Thorough and knowledgeable representative who kept the process moving of defining and replacement of a hazardous battery. The only task of me was to provide pictures of the swollen battery.
