Als eerste moet ik zeggen dat de bril bij mij super goed werkt,alleen de kwaliteit van zo'n dure bril is super slecht. Tweede bril nu en weer een pootje eraf, moet niet kunnen voor die prijs . Ontzettend balen toch maar op zoek naar een ander bril. Even de review bijwerkingen, contact gehad met goayo en ik krijg een nieuwe bril opgestuurd, super service goayo, heel blij mee

Changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. My initial issue was — I haven't got my order in 20 days. So I couldn't even assess the product itself. Unfortunately I still don't have ability to check out the product, cause I left my country. But the way how guys handle my 1-star rating is unbelievable. I have never seen such a level of customer care. Definitely 5-star support. Personally, thanks Alex Dimitrov for being in touch and solve all the issues.

Nadat er een poot van mijn Ayo bril is afgebroken na 13 maanden heb ik uit coulance een geheel nieuwe bril ontvangen van Ayo.En dan ook nog een update naar de Ayo+ Daardoor is de bril volledig te personaliseren in de app en is er ook de beschikking over rood licht. Ik ben super tevreden na 2 weken gebruik. Dit noem ik nog eens service.Alle lof voor Ayo!

Ik gebruik al enige jaren met veel plezier de bril. Ik slaap er echt veel beter door! Ik had een probleem met de neusvleugel en dat werd heel prettig opgelost. Erg tevreden!

I purchased glasses after researching a new sad lamp. These seemed a much better fit for myself with a busy life and ADHD. The app was a huge bonus to help me however I purchased from another retailer and they had been falsely advertised which I didn't realise until I contacted Ayo directly. I had an old model without Bluetooth which is what I ordered. I get extremely overwhelmed with sorting issues and concerns however I can not thank Ayo enough for there support. They were clear and efficient, they identified the issue and explained so I understood and without continuous questioning. I seriously am blown away with the service, they even provided me with the correct model to allow me to use the features I wanted. This has given me such a positive experience and I feel valued as a customer. You do not get this from many companies and I hope Ayo continues, staff should definitely be appreciated. The glasses come well packaged and presented, case is wonderful and sturdy so I have no doubt of keeping these safe secure and the colour is eye catching so no loosing them 😃. The glasses are well made although they do need charging every few days. Not surprisingly due to small frame, isn't a flaw because noone wants big heavy glasses. They do definitely work and have improved my mood and sleep pattern. I'm shocked at how well tbh. I did debate the cost but they are 100% worth every penny. One thing that could be improved is the app. I did find it little confusing to navigate and understand the different modes etc. Also I do night shifts and wish that I could easily update my rhythm between day and night shifts so I can be easily notified when best to wear my glasses. This would be a huge selling point as I genuinely believe it helps me transition between days and nights. This is definitely something Ayo should look into marketing, to increase sales and wellbeing for night workers

I'm feeling the same good effects as from my SAD lamp but I'm free to walk around while I get my daily dose of light! The glasses are lightweight and comfortable. Highly recommend

Ik gebruik mijn bril nu al 2 jaar. Ik gebruik hem tegen mijn depressie. Het helpt me om me beter te voelen. Ik heb het 2 jaar geleden ontdekt nadat iemand zei: je ziet er veel beter uit. Toen besefte ik dat de bril me beter deed voelen. Ik heb er een in reserve gekocht, zodat ik zeker niet zonder val.
