Beste Louise, hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring te delen. We vinden het oprecht jammer om te horen wat er met uw AYOlite is gebeurd. Het betekent veel voor ons om te horen hoe waardevol de bril voor u is geweest. We begrijpen dan ook volledig hoe frustrerend en teleurstellend het moet zijn om deze plotseling niet meer te kunnen gebruiken, zeker na zo'n investering. Dat is niet de ervaring die we iemand willen gunnen. Op basis van uw beschrijving lijkt het erop dat uw apparaat mogelijk defect was. We willen dit graag voor u oplossen. Neem rechtstreeks contact met ons op via [email protected] en ons supportteam regelt graag een gratis vervangend apparaat voor u. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw eerlijke feedback.
