This is the only product with red and blue light therapy options that I am aware of, which is why I chose it. I love the fit of the light its easy to wear around. I even wear it at the gym. I like the you can adjust the time spent with each type of light, blue, red, and blue and red. I am falling asleep faster and waking up with the blue light helps me feel alert in the mornings.

My AYO glasses have been a game changer for my sleep and energy level. I waited for almost two months before giving my review. I am sleeping deeper than I have in a long time and I never used to dream and I do all the time. I no longer get the energy crashes in the afternoon. I haven’t done anything different except the glasses, so they have to be the reason I feel so good again. Customer service was excellent when it took longer than it should have to receive my glasses because of the shipping carrier. Thanks AYO!

If you have dry eyes, there is nothing better and more relieving than this! Wow! What a relief!

Im very happy with this product. A larger battery would be an excellent addition but the product itself has delivered in waking me up before my 4 AM alarm clock and Im now able to go the whole morning without my morning coffee allowing me to save it for lunch to power through the 1 PM crash. Will purchase again.

Na 3 weken de AYO+ gebruiken merk ik al een enorm verschil. Door mijn verlate slaapfase, chronische ziek zijn én veel stress rond een zorgintensief kind was mijn slaapritme compleet verstoord. Altijd moe, 's avonds uren wakker liggen voordat ik in slaap viel en dan de volgende ochtend gebroken wakker worden na ontelbaar keren de wekker snoozen. Nu gebruik ik in de ochtend het blauwe licht en in de avond het rode licht. Mijn lijf komt hierdoor op tijd in de ontspanning en weet dat het dan avond is. Voel ook geen impuls meer om nog iets actiefs te doen, wat ik vaak heb door mijn ADHD. Ik val hierdoor rustig in slaap (ondanks vermindering van melatonine medicatie) en wordt inmiddels zelfs door het licht van mijn wake-up light wakker, nog voordat de wekker gaat stap ik mijn bed uit. Ik zet de bril met het blauwe licht direct op, gewoon makkelijk over mijn eigen bril. Heb dan nog steeds mijn handen vrij om rustig mijn ontbijt klaar te maken en daarna de dag op te starten. Hierdoor ook véél minder last van 'ochtendmist' in mijn hoofd. En op donkere dagen met weinig energie gebruik ik begin van de middag ook nog het blauwe licht. Merk dan ook dat ik weer meer energie heb om de dag verder voor te zetten. Heb jij problemen met je slaapritme, slaapkwaliteit of somberheid door de donkere dagen? Dan is deze bril echt een aanrader. En je kan het zelfs 60 dagen uitproberen om te ontdekken of het bij jou past!

Ik slaap niet altijd even vast en weiger hiervoor verslavende medicatie te nemen, door deze bril ben ik na een mindere nacht vlugger alert. Vroeger was ik ‘s avonds op etentjes altijd degene die om 22u bijna ter plekke in slaap viel. Net voor het etentje doe ik nu 1 of 2 sessies met de bril: daardoor kan ik langer wakker blijven en is het zowel voor mezelf als mijn gezelschap aangenamer. Ook na lange vluchten , brengt de lichtbril me net iets vlugger in mijn huidig bioritme en is de jet lag minder.

While it is also very high-quality, it feels somewhat over-engineered and slightly cumbersome for everyday use. Because it requires quite precise placement of the glasses, I personally chose to replace it with a lighter, simpler case that is quicker to handle during busy mornings. Aside from this minor point, I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others looking for a practical light therapy solution. Very pleased with the quality of these light therapy glasses and the ease of use! I struggle with seasonal moods and these seem to help me get through the dreary, gray days better. Though only used them during the winter, I’m looking forward to using them in all throughout the year because where I live we get a ton of summer rainstorms and bad weather just seems to bring me down. I’m also taking a trip in May which will require a very long flight and a significant time zone difference, so I’m anticipating these will help me reset my body clock!
