I am very very disappointed and extremely discouraged with the service I have not recieved. I have sent three emails regarding an order placed for two sets of earbuds on October 12, 2019 and I have not received any product or response at all. It is now November 18, 2019 and nothing. They had no problem taking $117 from my account and I will be pursuing this further and reporting this to the BBB as well

I placed an order for earbuds on 9/30/2019 and have never received them. I've made numerous attempts to contact the company by email as well as by phone and have yet to receive a response or my earbuds. My payment of $64.98 was processed on 10/1/2019. I'm very disappointed and would just like to have my purchase or money returned. I'm just thankful I didn't order anything else.

These are truly the best earbuds I have ever owned, not only the quality of sound but the long lasting charge they hold. And the customer service is awesome. I had a problem with a set I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement pair before I knew it. They were actually shipped the same day of the complaint. And now I'm very pleased with my purchase.

More bottom-feeders using a piracy for profit website created to deprive audio software developers of their rightful income, while lining their own pockets. Additionally they ignore DMCA notices and as is usually the way with illegal websites, they hide behind the ever piracy friendly Cloudflare. Make no mistake though goaudio.org owners are thieves.
