Deadline schmedline…they ship whenever they feel like it and then stop answering emails. This was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas and it won’t arrive in time now because they waited till the evening of December 19th to ship via standard USPS (I ordered December 15th as soon as our son told us he wanted one, their “holiday cutoff” was December 18th). Yes there are far worse things that could happen in this life, but kiddo has had a rough year and we really wanted to give him this surprise. I even emailed them offering to make a whole new order and pay for overnight shipping just to get it, but they never replied (funny, they replied to emails until shipping went upside down). My guess is they screwed a lot of folks over with delayed shipping this holiday season, and their inbox was pretty full…not a good look. We were repeat customers till now…oh well.

Got the Thompson submachine gun as a birthday gift. Pistol grip has a slight gap running across the bottom where the two sides come together. The magazine doesn't fully sit and the feeding spring is stuck. Will be returning. Also got the gold AK for a birthday gift to mag looks like it was just not put together well. And if one of your big advertising features is the little cycling rounds, they should put the quality into that. Will be returning this one as well.

" growing pains are not my problem I'm one of the impatient who got part of their order and wasn't notified till it was delivered already. They could send a different gun but didn't say nothing. By this response they say fk your complaints. Bought a rack to start a collection but not happening.

The model gun was delivered but has a small problem with a spring. They included a card in the order which states "do not return to store! please email us". So I did, twice. But until now no response at all. Way to go Goatguns...

Unfortunatly my review is not as good as the others are. First order i made was a supply crate, it was paid for and processed 2 hrs after purchase. It was send and should have been delivered today by UPS between 10am and 1pm. Nothing received as of yet, even worse is UPS has no idea where the package is Second order paid for and is not processed, mailed their support and apparently the order is "MIA" according to the good sarge. So ye the professionalism is currently not shown to me and would love to get in touch with goatguns.... PS am from Europe
